We collect the business information you provide when signing up (name, business name, email), customer contact details you choose to upload for review requests, and basic usage data that helps us improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the service, send review requests on your behalf, process payments, provide support, and improve our features. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. SMS text messaging & consent
StokedReviews sends review requests and related business notifications to you and your customers via SMS text message using a toll-free phone number. By providing a phone number on our website, in a form, or to a business that uses StokedReviews, the recipient expressly consents to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages related to review requests, follow-ups, and appointment or service reminders. Message frequency varies but is typically limited to the review request and up to two follow-up reminders per customer interaction. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (you will receive a confirmation), or by contacting us below. For help, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. StokedReviews is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and wireless carriers are not responsible for messages sent through this service.
4. Data sharing with carriers
To send SMS messages on your behalf, we share certain information — including phone numbers, message content, and sender (toll-free) details — with telecom carriers and messaging gateway providers that require it to deliver messages and comply with carrier rules. These parties are contractually required to handle your information securely.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is fully secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You may also cancel your account, after which we will remove your data per our retention policy. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time as described in section 3.
