1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using StokedReviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate business information when signing up.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use StokedReviews only to request genuine reviews from real customers. You may not use the service to post fake reviews, incentivize reviews in ways that violate Google's policies, or harass customers.
4. SMS & messaging use
StokedReviews sends automated SMS text messages from a toll-free phone number to collect reviews and send related business notifications. By using the service and providing phone numbers, you and your customers consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages (review requests and up to two follow-up reminders per interaction). Message frequency varies. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; standard message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your customers before sending them messages and for providing all legally required disclosures (including this consent and opt-out information) on your forms, websites, and intake materials.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our 14-day money-back guarantee.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
StokedReviews is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
